 Stella Dieden Richter is an artist based in Stockholm with a background in dance and architecture. Through performance, sound, and installation, Stella explores exertion, dissolution, and power by engaging directly with objects and materials —animating sneakers, blowing through discarded metal pipes, and recording excavators’ hum to build immersive soundscapes. These actions become methods to explore materials at their breaking points – resistance, instability, and transformation – forces that emerge when industrial society and the human body collide.
